Taylor Carbone and David Goldberg were amazing. They went over and above to help us today. We used Costco for our glasses for the first year and we are so satisfied with the quality of the glasses and the amazing staff. We are Costco fans and thanks to these guys we are sold on the service!!!!
Upsetting experience with front desk woman, called different times to ask a question, and always responded with hostility and ended up not being helped. Doctor was kind but wouldn't go back due to the receptionists unprofessionalism.
The optometrist is amazing and so are the people who work in the glasses area. The receptionist for the optometrist needs an attitude check. Super rude, zero follow up and basically not worth the fees paid. Looking for a new place SOLELY on the attitude received by the receptionist.
Doug O. is so helpful and so kind. He is so professional. This is the best experience I ever have at the Costco.
