Stopped in to get a price on replacing the lenses in a pair of glasses. The lady told me the frame was bent and they could not replace the lenses. There was no bend in the frame, they just weren't going to make enough to be bothered. Unfortunately she does not realize that if you don't provide the simple service you don't get the larger sale. My normal program is to replace the lenses in one set of frames and buy a new set of glasses. She gets neither sale.
