Visited the Union Gap optical center for possible purchase of new glasses; poor customer service, no help at all.

I went in for an eye exam and the provider was trying to tell me in a reality I didn't need glasses when I have been wearing them my whole life, Like if I like to be blind. Very Unprofessional I was so disappointed.
27 Feb 2023 - 5 Stars I ordered my 3rd set of lenses from Costco. They came in today, a little ahead of scedule. The price is wonderful, but the customer service has been OUTSTANDING each time.i have gone to the counter over the years, including getting frame adjustments. I recommend them highly. Will continue to get my prescription filled here.
