Yes, just wanted to pay A compliment to Dr. Melanie the Optometrist and her assistant Jaid for providing A great service. I was able to come in on a short notice due to a cancellation. And there is A great selection of Frames available.
Worst experience,asked about walks in availability for eye exam and a lady came out from the office and answered in a rude tone with angry attitude no we don’t have any. Costco needs to teach their store employees including the ones in the optical dep some basic customers service manners.
My benefits are expiring soon and I was in desperate need of a new eye exam and contacts. The administrator who answered the phone let me know that they were fully committed as far as appointments but that she could probably take me as a walk in after lunch. I showed up and after some very brief paperwork I was able to get in to see the Dr. right away.
