The staff is not allowed to take refill orders over the phone.... I have tried to go in 3 times to refill in person. Each time there are 30+ ahead and only 2 Costco people to fill orders. I have tried to just get a copy of my perscription. I cannot even get a copy of my subscription, so I can go elsewhere where they can either fill an order over the phone or have more staff available.
I only bought glasses, so I can’t speak about the doctor. The selection of frames was really good, prices were fantastic! The lady that helped me was so helpful and courteous! I will definitely be buying from them again. Also, they arrived faster than what they told me, they said 7-10 days, they arrived in 4 days.
11/10! Went there years ago the doctor was great. Called them again like a year later to ask them to send our pres. over and again they were great!! Generally just effective good people. Miss you tricities <3

Both ladies at the desk and doctor were very nice. The doctor listened to my concerns and even showed me the photos of my eyes they took during my exam. Time efficient appointment but I did not feel rushed at all. This was my first time at costco optical and I will be returning. For glasses and contacts exam was $140.00 + 1 free pair of trial contacts to make sure I liked the fit.
