I like Costco.. but the customer service at the optometrist department is so bad and unprofessional… I got to the counter after they called me and the lady there is yelling at the rest of the employees as to who called us for our appointment… literally everyone is hearing her and no one answers and then when I ask like hey I have to go pay you guys called me… they guy Leo is so rude and is clearly not trying to help…
Regarding costs, Costco optical has been more cost effective for my contacts and glasses than other providers (out of pocket costs). Jasmine helped me a week ago with picking frames and ordering contacts. Today Leilani assisted me with pickup and fitting. Both women were very nice and helpful. There was another working behind counter but I did not see her name, she was very friendly as well.
I have been to many optometrist. Met many eye vision Dr's. The way Dr. Barajas explained every in-house procedure and explained every detail and options to go with, I have never seen before . What a great Dr. Highly recommended, even if you have to travel to him. Worth the commute.
I used to go to Lenscrafters for all of my prescription glasses and sunglasses till I realized how much I was overpaying. Wow!!! You will need an appt for the exam. Theycare nice and very reasonably priced. They have lots of frame styles. Even a few Oakleys which I only get. They also allow you to bring in new frames and use them. Got two awesome frames on ebay new and they were nice and could use them. Good turnaround time and great prices. Only get my glasses here. Even cheaper than my insurance thru KP.
