These folks go above and beyond— I was helped by multiple employees and each one was incredibly thorough!! From start to finish, everyone was incredibly helpful. I had an amazing customer experience with Costco. The entire team was incredibly supportive! I ordered glasses using my insurance benefits but later changed my mind. They allowed me to choose a different frame and assisted me with a smile throughout the process. That’s what I call top-notch customer service! Joanna, in particular, is an excellent listener and provided outstanding service.
This is a two part review. One for the eye doctor’s office (separate from Costco) and the other part for the staff at the Costco optical counter. I had my eye exam today with Doctor Walton which was ny first time with Costco. I was able to get a last minute appointment due to a cancellation. I am so glad I did. Dr. Walton was very nice! I used Costco Optical in Lancaster, Pa. to replace my lenses and get prescription sunglasses. They had a large selection of glasses to choose from. The attendant was courteous and took her time in assisting me. The replaced lenses and prescription sunglasses are perfect . Thank you, Costco Optical!
