Worst place ever .. came 5 times to repair my glasses that I got them for less than a year Every time I come I wait min 30min to fix them .. it’s the wort place I hate it .. that’s why they trick you with their 2$ pizza slice at the end
Great service! There was a long line, but the nice young lady at the front helped me pick my glasses. The staff is very hardworking and efficient despite the alarming amount of clientele and complaints about issues they can't control.
The staff is very kind and helpful. However, there is a wait on weekends due to the high amount of people, but it was an overall pleasant experience. The selection for glasses is really great, they have a variety of brands with good prices. My wife and I will definitely be purchasing our glasses there again.
J'essaie d'appeler depuis 2 semaines (à tous les jours) pour prendre un rendez-vous et personne ne répond. D'ailleurs, il n'y a pas de boite vocale. Le service à la clientèle devrait être revue. Très mauvais service.
