Fantastic service at the Costco Ancaster Hearing Aid Center!! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Meredith went above and beyond with the service she provided to my dad!! I would definitely recommend Costco for hearing tests and hearing aids.
Appointments are always booked 3 weeks out or longer! Then if they need repair shipped out and return is 7-10 business days. Unacceptable when hearing aids are necessary for quality of life!!
Amazing customer service. Eleanor and Alek are the best. Highly recommend the Ancaster Hearing Centre.
