I have previously purchased two sets of hearing aids from Costco, with good results and good service. I am now eligible for another pair to be paid for by Blue Cross, up to $2500. Blue Cross requires them to seek prior authorization, and Costco refuses to cooperate with them. I haven't been given any explanation why they won't participate with that process. Further, the representative I am dealing with, Kat Pope, seems uninterested in finding a solution to the problem and does not return phone calls. Moral of this story: if ... read more

I was tested and fitted for hearing aids by Sulae. She was very professional and informative. When I returned to try them, they did not fit well. The manager, Christie, got involved and was rude and arrogant. Her comment was, so you think they are slipping. When I tried to explain, how they felt and that they were slipping. She basically said you can take them or leave them. Her words were there is nothing else we can do for you. She never even looked at them in my ear. All she did was huff and puff.
