I was tested and fitted for hearing aids by Sulae. She was very professional and informative. When I returned to try them, they did not fit well. The manager, Christie, got involved and was rude and arrogant. Her comment was, so you think they are slipping. When I tried to explain, how they felt and that they were slipping. She basically said you can take them or leave them. Her words were there is nothing else we can do for you. She never even looked at them in my ear. All she did was huff and puff. After going to an ENT doctor and an audiologist connected to his office, I mentioned this to a friend. She told me of her experience at Costco Hearing Center, so I decided to check them out. My experience? Excellent in every way…. Price was more than half of what I was quoted by the audiologist for the exact same set of hearing aids and with the same guarantee and follow-up service. I have total hearing loss in one ear and require a hearing aid in the other. I was having problems with my aid and contacted the center. Kim and Sulae were very, very helpful in getting my problem solved. I highly recommend the local Costco hearing center for their pricing and service after the sale.
