I have previously purchased two sets of hearing aids from Costco, with good results and good service. I am now eligible for another pair to be paid for by Blue Cross, up to $2500. Blue Cross requires them to seek prior authorization, and Costco refuses to cooperate with them. I haven't been given any explanation why they won't participate with that process.
