I got my repaired hearing aids from Naomi today. They were given to me “probably dead” and I could see if they had battery power to connect to my phone but they “most likely don’t so you should just do it at home. But, you can check I guess.” Then, as I tried to put them in to check I noticed they were missing a piece off each them and she said the piece “not necessary” but “if it’s too hard for you to put them in I could give you one.” Best part: all this occurred while staring at her computer… maybe only once looking at me... read more
I saw Liz Harris today and I can not express how wonderful she is and how much she was able to help me today with my hearing aids, she adjusted them for me based on my last hearing test. I had several questions regarding cochlear implants due to a recommendation from my audiologist.Liz answered each of my questions throughly. I was able to feel better informed about how they would benefit my hearing experience.
Costco hearing aids are marginal at best. They push you towards the Reston hearing aid and while they do help they do not solve the hearing problem. The service at the Murray location is awful and if you need your aid turned up or down plan on at least a week waiting for an appointment. I've heard that the Sandy store is better and I'm going to try that but I've had it with Murray!

A shopping experience. Go in for a gallon of milk, leave with a set of tires put on, large screen tv, fresh cut steaks, garden supplies, prescriptions fulled computer monitors and information on how to buy a car. On top of the extra friendliness of the personelle in the store, unrivaled with any competitor. And an atmosphere that just feels good at throwing you money at them. Then, get a nice affordable lunch on the way out
