Terrible experience bought them in March 2022 and they have been sent back 2 times. They have fixed them in the store 3 times. I still don't have hearing aids. There is no communication with the store in Hanover, MD. I AM A LITTLE FRUSTRATED! The only reason I put one star is because I couldn't post this unless I did.

Getting an appointment for a test is months away. Pray that somebody doesn't call in sick. Picking up the product takes another month because they have to order your hearing aids. They dont stock them. Again, pray that no one calls in sick because if it happens on the day of your appointment, they have to reschedule you for (You can guess this maybe) another 6 weeks away. These were my first Costco hearing aids but not my first aids. First, the good. Really good aids at an unbelievable price. Costco brand. Very clear. Love the app. This was my follow up appt. Hearing aid specialist very good explanation and help. Now less good. Initial purchase at a different Costco. They lost their audiologist so had several fill ins then stopped service all together.
