They lost business with me. It's very unprofessional not to call someone back. Especially when you're dealing with someone's medical needs. I made an appointment I had to cancel because I was sick. I called the next day and even a few times after and never ever go a call back I guess they don't need my business I wonder what would happen if I bought a hearing aid and needed to come in for repair I think I'm going to stay away.

My Dad had an appt on 9/13, and the audiologist was the nicest most helpful person anyone can ask for, she answered all of our questions and was so kind to my near deaf dad. Don’t know her name, just remember brown hair and glasses, just the best.

I had an initial appointment with Tracy Kline, who seems very caring and competent. Unfortunately, she had to defer my examination when she discovered I had too much wax in both ears. I immediately went to the wonderful Somerset Valley Urgent Care office in Bedminster, where they removed all of the wax. I have left three voicemail messages so far to try to schedule a new appointment, and I'm still waiting to hear back. I would give them five stars for their in-person service, but one star for their telephone responsiveness. ... read more
