I recently learned Costco has a Hearing Center! I didn’t know this existed until I discovered it by chance last week while on a quest for hydrogen peroxide. Tucked away in a corner right next to the pharmacy (where I’ve been picking up rx for years now!)…it’s a little hard to see unless you’re standing in one of the back two aisles within the sequestered healthcare area. For reference, this photo was captured in the last aisle.
I’m appalled that a place like this is allowed to distribute hearing aids. The employee, David, was extremely unprofessional, both in his appearance and interaction with patients, reflecting the shockingly low standards of this location. Another staff member, a redhead man, appeared as though he hadn't bathed in weeks. The entire experience felt more like a booth at a flea market than a professional service.
