My mother recently came here for new hearing aids. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this hearing aid center. Very professional and customer service was top notch.
I had Kirkland Signature hearing aids from 2018 that weren't working very well. Dawn did an amazing job of testing my hearing and adjusting my hearing aids. I can hear the blinkers in my car again and everything sounds so much better. The testing and the service are unbelievable--testing, software, and adjustments were great. I am so please with the outcome!
I have been going to Costco hearing center in Chantilly for over 6 years. I have always been pleased with the service I have received. Costco delivers the best value and service.
I’ve been really wanting to get mine and my fiancés hearing tested for a while. I was so delighted to see that Costco in Chantilly offers this. However, the guy started working on a sign to “come back later” when we walked up. You could tell he did not want to help us. We truly had to beg and be persistent to get any information on how to go about making an appointment. I understand if he was needing to go on break but he didn’t even want to help us in any manner.
