I received my first pair of hearing aids a few weeks ago, the price was much cheaper then what the Ent doctor wanted to charge me. But most importantly the customer service was outstanding. Heather helped me and she takes time and explains everything. On my recheck appointment she took the time to help with an issue I had. She is always very friendly and that means alot. Thanks Heather
After MUCH research first time, after eight + years am on my second pair of hearing aids from Costco. In my opinion, is financially dumb to get elsewhere. Additionally, service is great.
Extremely pleased with the product and followup service. Very accommodating staff. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!
