I purchased my Costco hearing aids at a different location but one of my HA was not working so I took it to the Greensboro location since I was visiting my daughter. They checked it and said it was working fine and as soon as I put it in my ear, it did not work. The lady said it was working and they couldn’t do anything else for me. Costco evidently doesn’t want to do servicing like they used to or it is this location. They were not busy.
