BEWARE! BEWARE! Yes everyone was very nice and the test for me was just to get a baseline hearing test at age 69. I was told I have very good hearing however the last test that was performed was putting loud noises in each ear and after the test was done and the ear insert removed I instantly, immediately, had a loud ringing noise in my left ear. This Cosco hearing center is excellent service! Everyone in here is so helpfull and nice. I had Ledy for my hearing test, and she was so nice and couldn't be better for an old woman at 88. If I am still around in 2026 I will be back here again!!

I must say that Costco has been a very important part of my 93 year old mothers care. Costco has gone out of there way to make sure my mother has got the best and most Professional care possible with here Most severe hearing loss. They have gone out of there way to make sure they were cleaned and working probably. I know the prices are less then half of Competitors with better quality and service based of our experiences. I just wanted to express our experience and outstanding service we have gotten at Costco Hearing Center.
