Leila F. at the Manager at the Costco Hearing Aids Center is amazing. Leila, on short notice, was able to arrange the purchase of a new set of hearing aids for my mom (she had lost hers) AND arrange a much needed hearing test. This review is a little late, as it was November 2025 that Leila helped me and mom in a difficult situation. Mom had important dr. appointments coming up that took months to arrange. Great Service! I was travelling from out of town and misplaced my hearing aid charger and they loaned me a unit for a week. Very good service and very accommodating. Allowed me to ship return the unit. Very appreciative of this type of service!
Such a great support staff at this hearing center. The hearing test ministered by Kathe felt more thorough and more professional than at my doctors office . I suffer from hearing loss in one ear and tinnitus in that year. I was hoping that the hearing aid would help the tonight but it did not . Since my hearing loss in that air is so severe the hearing aid doesn't necessarily help with my hearing company but definitely helps with being crowded rooms and with echoes. I took my mother there for hearing aids after being assessed by an audiologist. The experience was wonderful thanks to Leila at the Costco Hearing Aids Center. There were no high-pressure sales, but rather a knowledgeable resource who made her feel comfortable and at ease. The products they sell are very high quality at a fraction of the price of other centers -- not to mention the warranty, service, and satisfaction guarantee. I highly recommend Costco for hearing aids.
