We were in Missoula as our son was at the hospital. I have had Costco hearing aids for several years and needed a check up. Our Costco has had trouble getting a audiologist and I was not able to schedule a review. The receptionist was so very helpful and kind. She first cleaned the hearing aids which helped. I asked if perchance they an opening to please let me know. They did and she did. The audiologist spent an hour testing and adjusting with an excellent outcome. Thanks so very much for your help and kindness!
My father is technologically challenged, he went here to get his third set of hearing aids, as the first two pair went missing. He couldn't say enough good things about the experience here compared to the other places he went. The tech was compassionate and really took her time to explain things in ways he could understand. Thank you for helping my Dad hear again!
