Overall, they've lowered my expectations a lot. The lady audiologist tries to aggressively make you buy new hearing aids even if you don't feel you need them. The staff tries to help. It doesn't take much for them to defer to the manufacturer who, in my case, never does much (I resolved one of my problems myself). Average at best.
Slow, unprofessional and overall rude try going to another Costco maybe and they’ll treat you better. I arrived at the appointment early and I was seen 30 min late what a joke.
Great pricing available for Costco members. High quality devices at the relatively cheaper price compared to other places.
