Wow what a run around I got I was 15 minutes late for appointment because they booked me at the wrong store. Called numerous times on my way to let them know but they can’t answer a phone. . Then they refused to do both the test and fittings. On top of that she was very rude

I've had hearing aids for nearly 30 years, primarily from audiologists. Costco gave me the most complete exam, I've ever had, the store brand aids are great and cost 40% or less than those from audiologists.
