The receptionist was very polite and helpful. The audiologist was rude and condescending with a very offensive tone of voice. Somebody’s mother did a poor good job of teaching manners. Kind of surprising for being in the south - but she didn’t seem to be from the south, so that might explain it. My experience at Costco’s in other states or far superior. Five stars! It’s rare that I give a five-star rating for anything, but with the Costco Hearing Aid Center, I have no choice. I had the experience several years ago to buy a hearing aid device at one of those other hearing aid stores, and it’s night and day. I made an appointment 2 weeks in advance with them, had to take time off work, only to get a call 29 minutes before my appointment to hear my appointment was cancelled and the next available spot was in another week and half. When I objected, I was told they had called me 2 days ago and left a voicemail which they had not and also not sure why they would call again half an hour before the appointment if they had called and left voicemail before! Very disappointed.
