did some homework and after seeing the reviews and such, decided to go with Costco for my new hearing aids, I called in and made an appointment with my local center, went in and they did a detailed hearing test , were on time and set me up to come back when the hearing aids came in. wow the fine tuning after they came in was almost as detailed as the hearing test, so far they are working well and I am going back in for some fine tuning,.
I was amazed at how bad my hearing was! I really appreciate their staff taking the time to explain the situation, explain the experience and what would happen and what to do. I just felt very much at ease and I'm so appreciative for all the help and time that they gave me I really felt like I was the only customer that they had. They made the whole process much easier and better
They don't return calls. They say they will call you when your order is in, but do not. They are not very accommodating compared to the Alhambra location. Overall they seem less professional.
