Horrible experience! This is May 2025. We have been dealing with my 96 year old Mothers hearing aids since November 2024. They do not fit properly. They’ve tried grinding and other solutions to no avail. We are an hour away and they think nothing about telling us to come back if she is still having issues. They fixed my wife's hearing for free.
My family has been going to this location for years and my experience was not good. A tall dark haired lady was rude, seemed much to busy to talk, shook her head at me, and refuse to listen to what I was trying to say. Obviously this was not who I want to do business with - never going back.
made an appointment with audiologist they decided they needed to leave early. wasted afternoon.
I had a fantastic experience at the Costco Hearing Aid Center. Lara was awsome!!! She was very helpful, patient, informative and overall just a super nice person. If you need to get a hearing test or need hearing aids this is the place to go, ask for Lara and she will take very good care of you!!
