Terrible communication and unprofessional treatment! Do not rely on what this center tells you over the phone. I called ahead to ask if they could swap out a faulty receiver on my hearing aid with custom molds and if I needed an appointment. A male employee confirmed twice over the phone that no appointment was needed and that I could just drop them off for the swap and necessary programming adjustments. The staff is friendly and very accommodating.
Finally had to talk to the Cosco administrative manager to get my situation resolved they lost a hearing aid. It said it was there. They couldn’t find it. They were. They took a lot a week to look through boxes. Finally, the manager called me after the administrative manager called and they found it remarkably so say with it don’t don’t give up!
