Avoid Tim. I can't speak for the whole department, but he's impatient, condescending and aggressive in manner as well as installing your hearing aids into your ear with his stubby fingers (I'm a life long wearer and he knew as much, but he continued to jam his finger in my ear against my will). Costco says that any location will serve you (adjustments, returns, finding alternative devices), but not without serious discussion as to why I can't go back to the original location.
