I've been wearing COSTCO hearing aids for 12+ years. They were purchased at the Havana Store in Aurora CO. I have always had a positive experience at the Havana location. Today, here at the Park Meadows location I had my first bad experience with COSTCO, and I will never visit this particular store's hearing aid dept again. I had the pleasure of working with Sherri Jessiman. She is an outstanding Dr of Audiology, who knows her job well. She is understanding, compassionate and knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. She went over and above to make sure I was comfortable with my new hearing aids.
