I went there to check out the hearing aids. there's a man and woman working there, the man was so rude that they will not get my business. I inquired about the Lexi b2 because Costco has them online and he rudely said "we don't have them" I responded oh they have them online is it over the counter and he goes "I must not know what Im talking about, ask the girl maybe she knows something I don't and closed the door on me. If I wasn't with my kid I would have probably exchanged words with him. I paid 2000$ for hearing aids rig... read more

I'm a 82 year old Male. Just got my 3rd set of aids from Costco. I have insurance which covers me partially if I go to a recommended dispenser. I prefer Costco because of their service. I'm very active and have done some tough things to AIDS. Costco has always come thru. Great reason to continue to buy them there. I use Teterboro NJ store.
