The Hearing Aid Store inside this Costco has changed considerably since my prior bad experiences with the previous senior specialist/manager. Although this store is closest to me, I deliberately switched to the Lenexa KS Costco Hearing Aid Store, and was very pleased with multiple interactions with hearing specialist Sheena F. there. But then i discovered she had been promoted to manager of the Overland Park store. Hurrah hurrah. A wise choice by Costco management.
