I investigated different hearing aids and tried Costco’s Hearing Aids. The person who helped me was Rusty. He was so kind, professional and explained every step of the process. I have my hearing aids about 3 months. I love them and I can hear again. Thank you Rusty.
Friendly and knowledgeable I had a little problem with my aids and they stood behind my aids and even gave me loaners while mine we sent back to the factory.
The test was very through and as it went along each step was explained to me.
