The staff member who performed my hearing test and fitting on April 20, 2026, made repeated false claims, and when I pushed back, doubled down with new lies. She told me and insisted that the only brand physically suitable for my level of loss (45 dB) was Sennheiser Sonite, and that all other brands were incompatible. This is false.
