My appointment was just canceled because I was not filling paperwork at the exact time of the appointment. Took the day off from work for nothing. Not a message to confirm or an email. Very disappointed guys.
They test your ears with the intention of selling you hearing aides.. The woman I spoke with actually told me if I wasn’t ready to get hearing aides, I should wait to get my ears tested..She obviously didn't want to test me if I wasn't going to buy anything. She had long blonde hair, and was at the Northlake Blvd location. I would suggest going to a real doctor who doesnt have an agenda. I left.
