My father purchased some hearing aids from Costco. They have a policy that will guarantee the replacement of them if they're lost. He lost one of them. Additionally, the other hearing aid stopped functioning. My dad is 91 years old and it is very challenging for him to move about so, as his loving son, I handle these kinds of things for him. Ĺost a hearing aid last week, went to Naples Flda. Location and never looked back, superior service for sure, and surprise no cost. This my second set but will be back fir more. Can't say enough about Costco hearing centre. Have send numerous friend and they all have been impressed.
Literally impossible to contact, what kind of business is this? Shameful.
This department should be shut down. I have called 16 times for over three weeks to get an appt yo set a hearing installation nobody has called me back ?!
