Very price conscious Very attentive
I'm not sure if there is not a manager, or policies for processes in place here. There is so much disorganization with scheduling, collecting payments, answering the phones, customer service. There is never anyone to help at the desk or answer the phone. My husband went to make a payment for me (that they forgot to charge) and had to wait 40 minutes at the desk. Great service, knowledgeable staff and they took their time to explain all aspects of the and product lines.
So happy with the service I receive at Costco Hearing Center in Niles. Susan Otteman is very knowledgeable, and relays that to you during your testing and setup. I highly recommend their services to anyone considering hearing aid purchases!
