Nobody pick up phone in Hearing Aids department! Nobody called me back too! Bad customer service. Will need drive to Costco to Hearing Aids store in person to make appointment for new hearing aids. I want spend 2000k and Nobody pick up my phone.
I've been going there for about 8 years now for my hearing aids and supplies and what not. The customer service now is just horrible. The staff doesn't even look at me when addressing me and speaks towards the computer. The guy that works there seems to be the only nice one while all the women are just plain rude with the nastiest attitudes. I'm really considering going somewhere else now. Please, get rid of the bad attitudes and just be pleasant. Is it that hard? Smh
Great service, great hearing aids and great prices. Who could ask for more.
