When I first went to Costco Northwest Tucson, I was helped by Benjamin who spent quite a bit of time with me testing my hearing and letting me try different hearing aids to wear around the store. Very helpful and very professional. However, I recently had an issue with static coming from the left hearing aid. Costco is great! Hearing department is excellent and the team are very nice and competent, but the advertised hours are not what they seem: You usually need an appointment. It would help if there was a sign saying call ahead or the web site said call first and that would save a drive to the store

I was traveling through Tucson when one of my hearing aid wires broke. Should have been no problem since it is under Costco warranty, but not at this location. They told me I would have to drop it off and pick it up sometime the next day. I explained that I needed to leave in the morning and when this happened to me several years ago the wire was able to be fixed in just a couple minutes. They did not care.
