The Audiologist was fantastic and knowledgeable! She recommended the perfect set of hearing aide for my needs and was super easy to work with. I love the fact the I don't have to pay for cleanings and the professionals are very inviting to any and all questions! The price of the devices can't be beat!! A free hearing test is perfect to start you off and knowing I get a warranty that is covered by Costco is perfect! I would definitely recommended this location to anyone who feels they may need hearing devices.
My wife and went to this store to order a hearing aid today. The auditory exam had been done on a prior visit. The first 15 minutes we were in the store there was only one employee who was preforming a hearing test with another customer. We waited in the general area until we saw the two other employees walk up. Once we were able to get their attention. This an employee review for the hearing center at Thornton (Washington st) My husband has the Phonak hearing aids and has been to a number of the stores for adjustments etc Dana Gallardo at this store was exceptional as she delt w my husband. She was very friendly and went out of her way to get the answers that he needed, making sure before he left that everything worked to his liking She is a very good representative for Costco Thanks Ms Gallardo
