I have to say Andrea is amazing. I picked up my hearing aids, and after about a week, they didn’t feel quite right. Background noises were way too loud. I explained the issue to Andrea, and with her usual smile, she said, “No worries, we’ll adjust them.” Now I’m loving them—perfect hearing. Thank you, Andrea!
