Have taken my dad's device several times with an appointment and everyone is very helpful.
Costco is always a favorite place to visit... This store is really clean and the staff is constantly checking on customers and helping out the elderly...
Been coming here for eight years with excellent service. The last several times not so much anymore. Technicians was great, receptionist has developed an awful attitude towards people. Apparently, she does not “hear” her tone of voice, dismiss attitude, or down right rudeness. Such a shame, she use to be pretty nice- now I dread having to interact with her.
Not only are the hearing aids a superb product for about half what you would find at any other hearing center, the staff here is friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable and completely professional. Highly recommend!
