They have consistently been great since my initial purchase 3 yrs ago. Adjustments, cleaning, always kind and patient in explaining sthe science.
These guys rule! The most inexpensive option out there. Rachel, my audiologist, was amazing. Highly recommend!

Costco is always a favorite place to visit... This store is really clean and the staff is constantly checking on customers and helping out the elderly...
Been coming here for eight years with excellent service. The last several times not so much anymore. Technicians was great, receptionist has developed an awful attitude towards people. Apparently, she does not “hear” her tone of voice, dismiss attitude, or down right rudeness. Such a shame, she use to be pretty nice- now I dread having to interact with her.
