I walked into Costco today broken hearted that my hearing aids and hearing aid charging case weren’t working. Nancy in the audiology center was able to assist me and resolve both of my issues and I am just so grateful. I walked out with tears in my eyes and I truly couldn’t be more grateful for this angel on earth. I thought I was going to have to buy new hearing aids and she worked some magic and just fixed everything. Thank you so much, Nancy!!!
We were tested at both an Audiologists office and at the Costco Hearing Center. It was the exact same screening. We ended up purchasing nearly identical hearing aids that cost over $1,000 less at Costco. Service was great.
We ordered a whole pizza at 2 11pm order 813, and they were un order 840 and my pizza waiting to be serve, I asked Asim for my pizza, and he says gotta wait. But my pizza is ready, he ignores me, wait 35 min for a pizza, horrible service.
OMG!! What a awesome experience!! I was very hesitant to get my hearing checked, but it was such a super informative experience, I wish I had done it years ago!!
