Sara is absolutely the best. Very knowledgeable and professional. Her expertise with assessing your hearing problems and recommendations to improve your hearing with Costco’s hearing aids is totally off the charts. Costco is lucky to have her.
Finally giving in and getting hearing aids has been life changing. I went to the Costco hearing aid store in Parker and was helped by Thamir. He made the experience a pleasant one, taking his time and making sure I understood all the products, both plus and minuses, and what type would be best for me. I highly recommend this Costco location. The entire staff is knowledgeable which is key in making this purchase.
Only positive things to say. Staff is always nice. Easy to get help when needed. Hearing aid warranty in great. Prices were also very good compared to other places.
Warrenty replacement of failed unit went perfectly.
