These guys will sell you hearing aids and never follow up. The Philips brand is bad fitting and lots of feedback. Worst aids I ever bought - stay away from the brand. Eats batteries like Pac Man. Get 3 days at most. Terrible volume wheel placement is hard to locate and not enough volume. These should be just a OTC brand and not sold to anyone with a real hearing loss.
These guys will sell you hearing aids and that's about it. You better go home and read the manual because they are basically done with you after you pay for them. The Philips brand is decent for $2000 a pair but with a significant hearing loss, they need more volume.
We recently purchased hearing aids from Costco and cannot say enough good things about the experience and the professionalism of Brandon Six, the hearing instrument specialist. I would encourage anyone that need hearing test and or hearing aids to go to Costco, our primary care physician recommended we go there and she was Right!
