Oh, if you were going to close the only other period center in the entire area, you might want staff in your other location to meet the demand. Being ignored at the counter, because the one person on duty is too over tasked is not at all good customer service. I’ll forever recommend a true audiologist clinic, this is proof you get what you pay for
Can't beat Costco. They don't work on commission so not overselling. Quality is excellent. Second pair I've purchased there!
Brought my Dad in today to get his hearing aids cleaned and his left one looked at as it wasn't functioning well. Bonnie was wonderful to work with, quick to fix the problem and also giving us other tips around their care. Thank you Bonnie for top notch customer service.
What a great experience working with Menessa! I had previously gone to a very good local audiologist and wore (what was then) state of the art hearing aids. The Costco audiology measurements, explanations, fitting process, follow-up and professionalism were the best. The end result: much better hearing and comfort with my new ReSound Preza hearing aids.
