Very helpful and kind staff. Pricing is so much better than others. One price includes it all (comprehensive hearing test, professional fitting, all supplies and follow-up appointments) Excellent products too. Not covered by insurance, but it was still cheaper than using insurance at an independent hearing center. I got Senheiser hearing aids 2 months ago and haven't regretted it one moment.
