Worked with multiple people over the course of 3 appointments to test, purchase, and for a follow-up visit and each time had patient, knowledgeable, and friendly service. I've been a costco member for over a decade and wasn't sure about how this would go but very satisfied all around. Was not expecting, and pleasantly surprised how good the warranty on the hearing aid is as well.
I had a great experience with Sonia! She is very personable, patient, and kind, and she really knows her stuff. I have an atypical type of hearing loss (due to surgery, rather than age) and she was able to program the hearing aids specifically for me. I definitly recommend the Costco hearing aid center! The price is about 1/2 - 1/3 of the ENT office (1500 vs 3-6k) and my experience with Costco was excellent.
Outstanding hearing aid center and staff. Sonia is the best ever and super smart. She did an excellent job helping me select hearing aids that have been life changing. The staff really cares about helping you right away and works to solve your problems. This is why I buy at Costco and only deal with the Apex Hearing Center.
I love Costco, I love this store, I love the hearing aid people at the store. Now, Costco. Please open another store on the other side of Jordan Lake. Please. Too far and too crowded as is.
