Called and left message to set up an appointment as I have done for over 8 years. No call back. Three more messages and still no call back. Went to Costco to set up an appointment. Told gentleman I called multiple times and no one returned my call. He said nothing, not even an apology. I asked him to clean my hearing aids. I’ve used Costco Hearing Aids for 5+ years & had them cleaned by Costco every 3 months. “Not anymore,” Charles told me,, “you’re gonna have to clean them yourself. So watch me.” This is not the customer service I have received over the last 5+ years. Charles was abrupt, condescending and impatient. Icing on the cake?
