This is my 2nd Costco Hearing Center I've tried and what a difference. Debbie was professional, diligent, friendly and answered all my questions. I had a brand in mind but after trying it, and experiencing issues, she was able to suggest another brand similar to what I already had. My only criticism, whenever I've tried calling I get voice mail, with the message, "Full".

Waited 20 min while Sarah showed pictures on her phone to friends. Told her i was looking for new hearing aids. She told me I could make an appointment for 6 months from now (March). Said no thanks and left.

I brought in a pair of Phillips hearing aids purchased at a Costco in Florida . One just stopped working . The associate was super friendly and attentive. He asked for 25 minutes to inspect the problem. We shopped - returned to the counter where we were presently surprised that not only had he fixed the issue, he supplied us with filters and ear buds all at no charge . Awesome experience - a rarity in today's retail market .

Hearing aid department had no customers or testing going on when I went. Associate didnt get up from his desktop and was disinterested in helping me. I told him my old ones broke and I needed new aids asap. He told me I couldn't possibly get a hearing aid test now. First available appointment in 2 months.
