(Oct 2023) I got KS9 aids here in Sep 2020; friendly, efficient people, excellent technology, great price, always rapid cleaning/checkup while shopping. But I had a problem for which I had to make multiple visits (appointments could take a while to get), even a return of the pair for repair (no loaners :( so I bought Apple Airpod Pros from Costco to be cheap aids for a couple weeks) That long-term problem is the only reason to "take off a star" ...and I finally decided I would just start over - buy new aids (from Costco), an... read more
