Takes a long time to get an appointment for a hearing test. Recently got new hearing aids here (these are my 4th pair of hearing aids, all from Costco). It took a couple of days to adjust to the sound of the hearing aids. I found a slight problem with feedback. I walked in and was able to get the hearing aids adjusted. Left my # on their answering machine twice and nobody has bothered to call back. Service sucks so far!
Year ago - Took 2 months to get an appointment for a hearing test. The day before my appointment Costco Hearing Center calls to cancel my apportionment. I have used Costco Hearing Centers in California, Washington and other parts of Oregon. I have never had to wait 2 months for an appointment. Clearly, Costco needs more staffing in Bend. Updating - called today to get an appointment to have my hearing aids adjusted. now the wait is 3 months for an appointment. Cannot understand why the Hearing Center does not hire more audio... read more
