Five star!! I had to get a hearing aid for my right ear because the job I was applying for needed perfect hearing. The company I was applying for needed several forms of documentation. Jun Bowman and the audiologist Jeannine Dichiara took extra time and steps to help get the documents. Not only that, but I got a great fitting hearing aid that I love. I have passed my medical process for hiring and owe it all to them for their expertise and kindness.
Don’t buy here!! Manager Gloria is not very customer friendly. No customers were in department when I tried to get a tip that was broken replaced and she was too busy playing on her computer to help me. I offered to leave them and pick them up later but she didn’t want me to do that they may have been lost or damaged and she wouldn’t be responsible. They sell you on their good service but it just isn’t worth it after you buy.
